The Hokies got verbal commitment #19 today when Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA) linebacker Vince Hall verbaled to Virginia Tech.

Hall (6-1, 230, 4.6 forty) was torn between VT and UNC, but the Hokies finished strong, keeping the Gatorade Player of the Year in-state.

"Yeah, it was pretty tough," Hall said of his decision. "It really came down to where I was most comfortable. I'm very familiar with Tech, and felt comfortable with the people and the campus and the program."
