News With Commentary by TSL Staff Friday, January 30, 2004 Marcus Vick Under Investigation Blacksburg town police searched the apartment of Marcus Vick Thursday, searching for evidence related to a possible charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Two teenage girls allege that Vick had intercourse with their 15-year-old friend after the three of them had been drinking liquor with Vick. According to published reports, the two girls, 14 and 15 years old, said that they had rum and vodka to drink and posed for pictures as they "danced and stripped." The pictures were taken by one of Vick's roommates. Vick shares the apartment with two other football players. The two girls said that Vick took their 15-year-old friend into the bedroom and had sex with her. The police searched Vick's apartment for liquor bottles, a digital camera, and bed clothes, among other items. Vick has not yet been charged with anything. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor is a misdemeanor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Under the terms of Tech's 1997 Comprehensive Action Plan, which covers student-athlete behavior:
Vick, who will be a redshirt sophomore next season, played in 11 of Tech's 13 games last year and threw for 475
yards, two touchdowns, and five interceptions. In Tech's Insight Bowl game against California, he caught four passes for
