Create a 130x40 16-million color graphic with a maroon background
(102-0-0 on RGB)

Place orange TSL to the left (255-102-0 on RGB), 20-point CG Omega bold, italic

Crop to 130x27 on the image.
(For football page and basketball pages, crop to 120x27 instead.)

Overlay white text, 10-point Verdana, bold, italic
(football/bball page graphics:  9-point verdana text, bold, locate at 5,9 if not possible).

When done, decrease to 256 colors, Windows Standard, closest color.

Save as GIF, with transparent background
